GRENON JAPON

When I started making pottery, I was looking for a way to serve food in a spectacular way. The large plate had to show its contents well and allow the ingredients to be displayed with style.

 

I had the idea of inviting friends to discover my collections through gastronomy. The style of my creations is often compared to the subtlety of Japanese ceramics and since I had some success in cooking Asian food, I thought of combining the two to organize a party. To assemble the elements of discovery, I prepare a ceramic oven that I open for my guests, who can buy straight from the oven the plates and bowls which are still warm.
